I previously taught in the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning program at Boise State University, where I led the graduate course in Change Management and directed the program’s career mentoring initiative. My teaching connects current research to the decisions practitioners face and reflects two decades of organizational experience across the public and private sectors.
